The Fountains of St Lucie Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, was formed in 1988 to operate and maintain the common areas surrounding the 124 condominium units located in Port St Lucie, Florida. The common areas consist of 31 buildings, a pool, spa and clubhouse. Additionally there is covered parking and a lake with a gazebo.
